Fully booked! Again, around 80 board members and CEOs followed our personal invitation. After a brief review by Sandro V. Gianella, the starting signal was given with a report on the challenging topic "Ethical Leadership: more important than Codes & Compliance". As an introduction to the topics "Leadership from the top" the results of the annual Knight Gianella BoD Survey 2019/20 were exclusively presented and discussed in breakout sessions (download results). The highly topical topics "Digitalisation is more complex than strategy issues", "Consequences of the digital transformation on the (corporate) management, competence profiles and corporate culture" as well as "BoD dynamics, BoD evaluation and BoD succession planning" were launched by top-class sparring partners and deepened in the breakout sessions.

Under the traditional guidance of Dr.h.c. Roger de Weck, the fireside talk with his highness, Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein, was a highlight on Friday evening.

At the Leaders Breakfast, the participants discussed the topic "Dealing with the 'Konzernverantwortungsinitiative' and other 'idling' that affects corporate management.

The current transformation of their companies presented and discussed the CEOs of "Interroll", "Die Mobiliar" and "Valora". As "final bouquet" Dr. Gerhard Schwarz completed with his economic and state political reflections this 23rd Bad Ragazer BoD Conference.

Of central importance to all participants was, on the one hand, the space for reflection and the personal exchange of experience and ideas, on the other, of course, the opportunity to network among themselves at the highest level.
